All walks last between 30 and 75 minutes and are lead by Walking for Health trained leaders, at a range of pace for all abilities, and end with a social gathering.

Because the Leaders are volunteers there is no charge, but donations towards refreshments after walks are used to offset costs of coach trips, social events and activties.
Dogs are not allowed on walks, and children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
